GQA Covid-19 Update
Following the UK Government announcement on Monday 4th January regarding Covid 19 enforced restrictions we are currently looking at the implications for our Approved Centres and qualification candidates and taking guidance from the UK Regulator.
We remain committed to supporting you over the coming months to ensure learners can continue their learning and assessment, but must ensure we all comply with Government guidance and legislation. GQA Administration and Monitoring services will continue to be offered as normal, albeit from a homeworking position during this lockdown.
Office hours and phone numbers remain the same as normal and registration, certification and monitoring will continue to be offered to ensure that there is no adverse impact on learners and you as the Approved Centre.
Printing and postage will initially take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays unless demand dictates otherwise. PLEASE NOTE If there any changes to your postal address for GQA Services during this time, currently as recorded on GQA On-line or that you have previously advised, can you please contact the admin team?
We will update you as soon as we can on any changes, as despite detailed advice, we feel there are still some areas that are open to interpretation, and as you will see in the link below DFE and Ofqual are hoping to give more advice in due course

The picture with exams is a little more complicated, if you offer our qualifications that include exams we will be sending you a separate email on this in the next 24 hours.
