Renew or replace your CSCS card online

Before placing your order for a CSCS card, please note the following:

1. All card applications (New Cards, Renewal of Cards or Replacement of Cards) require you to upload proof of a pass in either the CITB OR GQA Health & Safety test, achieved in the last 2 years;

2. Renewals of cards are only available to existing card holders, and may be applied for no earlier than 6 months before and no later than 6 months after the expiry date on the existing card;

3. Replacements of cards are only available where a card has been lost, stolen or damaged. Replacements will be issued with the same expiry date as the lost/stolen/damaged card.

In order to complete this process and successfully submit your application, you will need the following:

A: TWO forms of identification from the following list:

* driving licence;
* passport;
* utility bill (dated within the last 3 months);
* birth certificate;
* EEA member state card;
* National identity card.

B: A full colour passport-style photograph.
